Cleanroom system CleanCell with climate control technology

The modular cleanroom systems of the CleanCell series create controlled, qualified production environments according to ISO 14644 and GMP. Whether in pharmaceutical production, medical technology or industrial manufacturing, each cleanroom is designed exactly to the requirements of the respective application. Modern recirculation and climate control technology ensures stable conditions and high process reliability. The flexible design allows economical expansion or adaptation at any time.

A particular application focus lies in plastics manufacturing for medical technology and pharmaceutical packaging. In injection molding and micro injection molding, freedom from particles and process control are crucial for the functional reliability of components, from prototype development to series production.

The CleanMediCell cleanroom system offers flexible room-in-room solutions for injection molding machines and production lines of classes ISO 6 to ISO 8 and GMP B and C. The machines are connected outside the cleanroom and equipped with a laminar flow unit above the mold. Manufactured parts are transported safely into the cleanroom via enclosed conveyor belts, for a fully controlled, automated process with reliable particle protection.

For short-term or temporary requirements, SCHILLING ENGINEERING offers cleanroom tents and cleanroom cabins in modular design. The systems are quickly available in standard sizes, easy to install and achieve cleanroom classes from ISO 5 to ISO 8. They are suitable for temporary projects, as an interim solution or for flexible production areas. Individual special sizes as well as rental solutions are also possible.

With the CleanEasyCell, SCHILLING ENGINEERING offers an economical solution based on a modular construction system. The systems are delivered for self-assembly, are quickly available and are convincing wherever flexibility, cost efficiency and reliable protection against dust and contamination are required.
