We, Matthias Hauser GmbH, are a traditional family-owned company and manufacture precision turned parts at the highest level.

Thanks to our streamlined and flexible company structure, we are able to respond quickly and efficiently to your requirements. In addition, our direct collaboration ensures that you always have a competent contact person. We specialize in the machining of short and long turned parts in the smaller diameter range. With our modern, exclusively CNC-controlled machinery, we are able to guarantee consistently high product quality.

OUR PRODUCTION

We specialize in the manufacturing of complex turned parts in the diameter range of 1 to 42 mm and produce batch sizes from 500 up to 500,000 pieces (smaller quantities are also possible in individual cases).

With more than 80 years of experience in the machining sector, we have built up a valuable body of expertise that is second to none.

This very experience, combined with modern engineering know-how, makes the decisive difference in many challenging machining cases. As a result, we offer our customers an optimal combination of quality, flexibility, and reliability.

Standing still means falling behind, especially in our industry. That is why we continuously invest in the latest machine technologies. By using up to 14 axes per machine, there are virtually no limits when it comes to part complexity. Programming is carried out using CAD-supported software that is networked with all machining machines. This also ensures reproducibility for repeat parts, including all necessary parameters.
