We manufacture all types of technical springs and wire and flat-form bent parts in the dimension range from 0.30 to 40.0 mm according to drawings, specifications or samples.

From advice and development to small and large series, we are able to produce quickly, precisely and effectively. The design and dimensioning of springs takes place in cooperation with the customer.

We create our own tools, devices and production aids. Delivery reliability is guaranteed by our extensive machine park.

Compression springs

In addition to cylindrical shapes, conical or double-conical spring bodies with linear or progressive pitches can also be produced. Our machines have electronic measuring, control and sorting functions. The most modern grinding systems from Dorn are used for surface grinding of the spring ends.

Tension springs

We manufacture all types of compression and tension springs for you in the wire thickness range from 0.30 to 20 mm using the most modern spring winding machines. In addition to the usual eyelet shapes, all imaginable shapes can be produced depending on your requirements. Further processing and surface treatments can be implemented effortlessly.

Torsion springs

Our torsion springs, known as torsion springs, are mechanical energy storage devices and impress with their unique range of applications. These special springs are installed invisibly in multimedia components, car interiors, locking systems and other equipment.

Wire bending parts

This product range includes a wide variety of bent items, clamps, brackets, hooks, etc. We keep over 500 different material dimensions in stock for you. We would be happy to develop an economical solution for you or manufacture according to your specifications, samples and drawings.

Special springs

We produce your solution on the latest CNC bending machines from Wafios. Both standard tools and developments from our own toolmaking department are used for this. Special springs often arise from development cooperation with customers. Special, customer-specific production equipment is usually built and used for this purpose.

Flat springs

Flat springs / leaf springs are metal molded parts that are punched, lasered or etched from spring steel strip. These are produced according to customer specifications. Due to our decades of experience and optimized manufacturing solutions, we can manufacture on existing tools in individual cases.

Assembly production

Our springs are usually part of a complex whole. We are happy to take on the development and assembly of complete assemblies, even in small or medium quantities. Assemblies are used primarily where special solutions are required.
